SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Free Shipping Over $75.00:
Free 3-5 Days shipping on any type of Orders of $75.00 or more to the contiguous United States.
P.O. box, International ( Overseas - Outside United States ) And Also Hawaii, Alaska , and expedited services do not apply.
Flat Rate And Price Based Shipping:
Our Flat Rate Shipping is $6.99. Orders total less than $100.00 qualify for Flat rate Shipping .P.O. box, International ( Overseas - Outside United States ) And Also Hawaii, Alaska , and expedited services do not apply.
If an order is placed before 1:00 PM Pacific Standard Time, the order will be shipped out on the same business day. Otherwise, it will be shipped out on the next business day. If the business day falls on a National holiday, it will be shipped out on the business day following the National holiday period.
We make every attempt to ship out orders on the same business day that the order is placed; however, weather conditions, holiday seasons, mechanical breakdowns, and/or natural catastrophes may affect the delivery time and/or cause delays.

- USPS Priority Mail - 1 to 2 business days
Business Days are defined as weekdays, Monday-Friday, 9am-4pm Eastern Standard Time, excluding Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays. P.O. Box addresses are not eligible for shipping.
Most orders ship via UPS, and typically, the longest it will take is 5 days from the day after you place your order. Orders for items which are backordered or out of stock may take longer to ship depending on availability.
Please call us at (888) 883-4164 if you live outside the United States and would like to place an order to be delivered to an international address and/or outside the contiguous United States.
RETURNS // REFUNDS // EXCHANGES
Your satisfaction is important to us!
We realize that there may be circumstances in which you need to return an item. While cut fabric is essentially a custom product and a challenge to guarantee, any customer who is dissatisfied with a purchase may receive a refund or store credit on fabric.
Please handle items with care: All items must be returned back to our warehouse in the same condition as they were received, so please treat the items with care. Please note that fabrics which are cut, washed, altered or returned in an un-sellable condition are not eligible for a refund or exchange. Un-sellable condition is described as, but not limited to, fabrics that are dirty, wrinkled, contaminated with animal or human hair, exude a smell of smoke or other pungent odor.
All returned items must be in original, unflawed condition, unmarked and uncut by the purchaser, and must be received within 30 days of original ship date. We encourage customers to inspect the contents of their package(s) upon delivery to ensure that you have plenty of time to take advantage of our 30-day money back guarantee. We are unable to issue refunds after 30 days from the date of purchase.
If a returned fabric arrives in un-sellable condition, without an authorized exception, the refund will not be processed, and we will notify you by email.
Returns Will be applied to all products sold on iFabric.com

When sending fabric directly to a seamstress or upholsterer we recommend ensuring they check the fabric against the swatch you provide. We do not offer refund of fees associated with finished goods.
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of the returned item(s) being received in our facility. All refunds are issued against your original form of payment.
All orders shipping to a California address are subject to a 9.5% sales tax fee. All orders shipping to an address outside California, are not subject to sales tax. All in-store purchases are subject to a 9.5% sales tax fee.
You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for the accuracy and content of information, including but not limited to name, email, shipping address and billing address provided to us via our website or at our retail locations.
LIMITS ON PURCHASING
We do not authorize the purchase of our merchandise for resale purposes. We may, at our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. We also reserve the right to limit or cancel orders which we deem, at our sole discretion, to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. We also reserve the right to cease doing business with those customers violating this policy. We may modify this policy at any time without prior notice. This policy applies to all purchases made at our retail stores and on our online store. We reserve the right to correct, update or change information regarding this policy at any time without notification.
