The unsalable condition is described as fabrics that are dirty, wrinkled, contaminated with animal or human hair, exude a smell of smoke or other pungent odor.If a returned item arrives in unsalable condition, without an authorized exception, the refund will not be processed, and we will notify you by email.
The Order must be returned in the original packaging and in salable condition and original Condition. Returned product is subject to a 50% restocking charge and must be returned freight prepaid. The Customer Will Be Responsible For Returning Costs. All Shipping charges are not-refundable. You can return items within 30 days From Receipt of your order with proof of purchase. Samples ( Swatches ) cannot be returned or exchanged for refunds or credits.
Please be certain your address is correct regardless of your ordering process, before finalizing your order. We Are Not responsible for goods delivered to the wrong address. in case your order return to our warehouse due to the insufficient address or Non-Deliverable Address the customer will be responsible for the amount of re-shipping. if Customer Wants to Cancel the Returned item due to the insufficient Address or Non-Deliverable Address, the order will be Considered as return item.
Refused delivery considered as returned orders since the fabric is a custom order and we cut fabric for the specific yardage that customers order and may not be resealable.
