1- ORDER ISSUES


I'm missing an item from my order, what do I do?
  • If an item is missing, please contact our Customer Service team with the order number and the missing item's name and number. We will resolve the issue for you as quickly as we can.

Is there a required minimum order size?

  • For all items sold by the yard, the minimum order size is 1 yard.

How can I be sure of an item's color?

  • What you see in the pictures are the natural colors of the Fabric. We use natural light for taking fabric pictures. Color Appearance May Vary Due To Monitor Settings. in Case Customers Announce that The Products Color are not match with photo customers have to send a photo of the product they received via email and we will make a decision

    Can i Amend My Order After I've Placed it?

    • We're really quick at packing your order up which means we can't make any changes once you've placed it.

      How long will it take for my order to arrive?

      Most orders are processed within 7 Days. Orders are processed Monday through Friday.

      The cut-off time for shipping is 12:30 PM PST. Any orders placed after 12:30 PM PST will ship on the following business day for Expedited orders.

      Will My Fabric Be Shipped In One Cut?

      • Please Remember to Type the Number of Yards into the Quantity Box and Click Add to Cart. Fabric Order Is Cut After the Order Is Placed in One Continuous Piece. For Example: If You Order 8 Yards of a Fabric, You Will Receive One Piece of 8-yard Fabric.
      I have an incorrect item in my order, what do I do?
      • We want to sort out any issues with incorrect items straight away. Please contact our Customer Care team with your order number. Our Customer Service Team Will Help You Out

      What payment methods can I use to pay for my order?
      • You can use any of the cards listed below to pay for your order. Your details are safe with us as we take security very seriously.
      Can you help with using my promo code at the checkout?
      • You need to enter the code exactly as it was given to you, without any spaces. Type or copy and paste the code into the 'Discount' box .
      How do I pay using Apple pay?
      • Good news! We now accept Apple Pay as a payment method. You can pay with Apple Pay using a Visa, MasterCard or American Express card...

      How do I use PayPal as a payment method for my order?
      • To pay with PayPal, you'll need to set up a PayPal account on the PayPal website. And You Can Pay With PayPal In Checkout Page
      Will I have to pay SalesTax?
      • All orders shipping to a California address is subject to a 9.5% sales tax fee. All orders shipping to an address outside California, are not subject to sales tax. All in-store purchases are subject to a 9.5% sales tax fee.

      Can I Use More Than One Promo Code Against My Order?

      • You can only use one discount/promo code per order

      When Will I Be Charged for My Order?

      • If your card is authorized, payment will be taken immediately, and you will receive an email confirming that your order has been successful.
       

      3- DELIVERY


      What should I do if my order hasn't been delivered yet?
      • You’ll be able to get the latest updates on your order by clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. Alternatively, you can log into ‘My Account’ and click ‘Track This Order’. Your tracking link will be able to provide up to date information on the status of your order.
      How Can I Get an invoice From My Order?
      • You will receive an invoice as soon as you place your order to your email
      Can I track the delivery of my order?
      • If your order has been sent to you using a trackable service, you can follow its journey to you. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email from our warehouse once your order is on its way; simply click on your tracking link on this email to view the up to date tracking.
       

      4- Return Policy


      Please handle items with care, All item(s) must be returned back to our warehouse in the same condition as they were received, so please treat the items with care. The unsalable condition is described as fabrics that are dirty, wrinkled, contaminated with animal or human hair, exude a smell of smoke or other pungent odor.If a returned item arrives in unsalable condition, without an authorized exception, the refund will not be processed, and we will notify you by email.

       

      The Order must be returned in the original packaging and in salable condition and original Condition. Returned product is subject to a 50% restocking charge and must be returned freight prepaid. The Customer Will Be Responsible For Returning Costs. All Shipping charges are not-refundable. You can return items within 30 days From Receipt of your order with proof of purchase. Samples ( Swatches ) cannot be returned or exchanged for refunds or credits.

       

      Please be certain your address is correct regardless of your ordering process, before finalizing your order. We Are Not responsible for goods delivered to the wrong address. in case your order return to our warehouse due to the insufficient address or Non-Deliverable Address the customer will be responsible for the amount of re-shipping. if Customer Wants to Cancel the Returned item due to the insufficient Address or Non-Deliverable Address, the order will be Considered as return item.

       

      Refused delivery considered as returned orders since the fabric is a custom order and we cut fabric for the specific yardage that customers order and may not be resealable.

      5- Refund Policy


       What Happens to My Refund If I'm No Longer Using My Card?

      • Your refund will still go back onto the card used on your order as long as the card account is still open. When a card is lost, stolen or canceled, we can still refund that card. We cannot refund your order to a different card. If you have any issues Please Contact with your financial institution

      How Long Does it Take for Refund to Appear in Financial Institution Statement?

      • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of the returned item(s) being received in our facility. 

      6- Exchange Policy


       We don’t exchange.


      7- Cancellation Policy


      An order cannot be cancelled once it has been made.


      8- Product & Stock


      Do you offer a wholesale discount for bulk buying?
      • in Product Page There is an Option Called Breakdown Quantity Prices , means When You Buy More You Will Save more, For Example, If you Buy 10 Yards You Will Get 4% discount and if you buy 50 Yards and more you will get 8% Discount, You Can Explore This option in Product Page, There is table you will see with all the prices and percentages 

      What if an item I've ordered is out of stock?

      Do you have a store I can shop at?

      Can I have items sent to someone as a gift?
      1. If you want to send something to someone as a gift then you can use their address as the shipping address for your order. We don’t offer a gift wrapping service so the goods will arrive just like a normal order. You might want to give the lucky person a warning so they know to expect a parcel!

      9- DISCREPANCY CLAIM POLICY


      If you feel the Order you received have a discrepancy to the order, The Customer Must notify us within 7 days of product receipt.

      How can I search iFabric.com to find products on the website?
      • Do you know what it is you are looking for? If so type it into the search box at the top of every page And You Will See All Shows up. Or, to browse through what's available, select a category from the drop downs.
      I've forgotten the account password, how do I reset it?
      • If you've forgotten your password, it's really simple to get back into your account.
      • Head over to our sign in page in the right hand corner of the screen. We've got a forgotten password link which you can click on and enter your email address.
      • We'll then email you a link directly to your email address to reset your password.
      Why aren't I receiving emails or newsletters from you?
      • When signing up to iFabric.com you'll be requested to consent to receive marketing subscriptions after placing your first order. If you don't confirm when registering your account, then the only emails you will receive are Order and Return Confirmation emails, any responses from our Customer Care team and any emails we feel contain important information that you should hear about.
