1- ORDER ISSUES

I'm missing an item from my order, what do I do?
  • We may have sent your items in separate parcels so please check your emails to see if any of your items will be arriving separately.
  • If your order has been sent in different parcels then each delivery note will tell you the items you can expect to find inside. Please check the delivery notes from each part of your order to make sure you're not missing anything.
  • If an item is missing, please contact our Customer Service team with the order number and the missing item's name and number. We will resolve the issue for you as quickly as we can.

Can I cancel my order after I've placed it?
  • Any Time Before We Ship Out your order You Can Cancel The order , But Once We shipped out your order we are not able to cancel your order.

I have an incorrect item in my order, what do I do?

What should I do if my order hasn't been delivered yet?

You’ll be able to get the latest updates on your order by clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. Alternatively, you can log into ‘My Account’ and click ‘Track This Order’.

Your tracking link will be able to provide up to date information on the status of your order.


Can I track the delivery of my order?
If your order has been sent to you using a trackable service, you can follow its journey to you. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email from our warehouse once your order is on its way; simply click on your tracking link on this email to view the up to date tracking.



4- RETURNS & REFUNDS

We realize that there may be circumstances in which you need to return an item. While cut fabric is essentially a custom product and a challenge to guarantee, any customer who is dissatisfied with a purchase may receive a refund or store credit on iFabric Website or Coupon Code For Next Purchase On Website.

 

 

Please handle items with care: All items must be returned back to our warehouse in the same condition as they were received, so please treat the items with care. Please note that fabrics which are cut, washed, altered or returned in an un-sellable condition are not eligible for a refund. Un-sellable condition is described as fabrics that are dirty, wrinkled, contaminated with animal or human hair, exude a smell of smoke or other pungent odor.

 

All returned items must be in original, unflawed condition, unmarked and uncut by the purchaser, and must be received within 30 days of original ship date.We encourage customers to inspect the contents of their package(s) upon delivery to ensure that you have plenty of time to take advantage of our 30-day money back guarantee. We are unable to issue refunds after 30 days from the date of purchase.

If a returned fabric arrives in un-sellable condition, without an authorized exception, the refund will not be processed, and we will notify you by email.

in Product Page There is an Option Called Breakdown Quantity Prices , means When You Buy More You Will Save more , For instance , If you Buy 10Yards You Will Get 4% discount and if you buy 50Yards and more you will get 8% Discount , You Can Explore This option in Product Page , There is table you will see with all the prices and percentages 


Do you have a store I can shop at?
We Have a Huge Warehouse and Also One Store Front in Downtown Los angeles located at 506 E 9th St, Los Angeles, CA 90015


Can I have items sent to someone as a gift?
If you want to send something to someone as a gift then you can use their address as the shipping address for your order.

We don’t offer a gift wrapping service so the goods will arrive just like a normal order. You might want to give the lucky person a warning so they know to expect a parcel!

How do I create a iFabric account?
Creating an account couldn’t be easier. Click here to sign up and you’ll have the options of creating your account using Facebook, Google+ or your email address. If you’re signing up through social media then you’ll be asked to log in to your social account. Once you’ve logged in and followed the on screen instructions you’ll have to confirm a few details depending on which social media site you’re using. If you’re signing up with email you’ll also have to confirm a few details.

 

 


How can I search ASOS to find products on the website?
