I'm missing an item from my order, what do I do?
  • We may have sent your items in separate parcels so please check your emails to see if any of your items will be arriving separately.
  • If your order has been sent in different parcels then each delivery note will tell you the items you can expect to find inside. Please check the delivery notes from each part of your order to make sure you're not missing anything.
  • If an item is missing, please contact our Customer Service team with the order number and the missing item's name and number. We will resolve the issue for you as quickly as we can.

Can I cancel my order after I've placed it?

We realize that there may be circumstances in which you need to return an item. While cut fabric is essentially a custom product and a challenge to guarantee, any customer who is dissatisfied with a purchase may receive a refund or store credit on iFabric Website or Coupon Code For Next Purchase On Website.



Please handle items with care: All items must be returned back to our warehouse in the same condition as they were received, so please treat the items with care. Please note that fabrics which are cut, washed, altered or returned in an un-sellable condition are not eligible for a refund. Un-sellable condition is described as fabrics that are dirty, wrinkled, contaminated with animal or human hair, exude a smell of smoke or other pungent odor.


All returned items must be in original, unflawed condition, unmarked and uncut by the purchaser, and must be received within 30 days of original ship date.We encourage customers to inspect the contents of their package(s) upon delivery to ensure that you have plenty of time to take advantage of our 30-day money back guarantee. We are unable to issue refunds after 30 days from the date of purchase.

If a returned fabric arrives in un-sellable condition, without an authorized exception, the refund will not be processed, and we will notify you by email.

Can I have items sent to someone as a gift?
If you want to send something to someone as a gift then you can use their address as the shipping address for your order.

We don’t offer a gift wrapping service so the goods will arrive just like a normal order. You might want to give the lucky person a warning so they know to expect a parcel!
